You acknowledge and agree that Lead Luxe shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or injury caused or allegedly caused by or connected with your use of or reliance upon any third-party content, products, or services.

Lead Luxe reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately and without prior notice, for any reason or without providing cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.
Regardless of any damages you may sustain, Lead Luxe’s total liability and that of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms, and your exclusive remedy for all claims, shall be limited to the amount you have actually paid to Lead Luxe through the Service, or $100 USD if you have not made any purchases through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lead Luxe and its suppliers shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost data or information, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, or loss arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software or hardware, or any other matter related to these Terms), even if Lead Luxe or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages or if any remedy fails in its essential purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Luxe, on behalf of itself and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties—express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—regarding the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, as well as warranties arising from course of dealing, course of performance, usage, or trade practice.
Lead Luxe makes no representation or warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve desired results, be compatible with other software or systems, operate without interruption, meet performance standards, or be free from errors. Lead Luxe does not guarantee that errors or defects will be corrected.
Specifically, Lead Luxe and its providers make no representation or warranty regarding: (i) the operation, availability, or reliability of the Service; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, content, or communications are free from viruses, malware, trojans, worms, or other harmful code.

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in or a resident of any country subject to United States government embargo or designated by the United States government as a state that supports terrorism, and (ii) you are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to accomplish its intended purpose to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Except as explicitly stated in these Terms, the failure to exercise any right or enforce any obligation under these Terms shall not impair either party’s ability to exercise such rights or enforce such obligations at any future time, nor shall any waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
These Terms of Service may be made available to you in multiple languages. You agree that the original English version shall take precedence in the event of any dispute or discrepancy regarding interpretation.
Lead Luxe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. If changes are material in nature, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ advance notice before the revised terms take effect. Lead Luxe will determine what constitutes a material change at its sole discretion.
Your continued access or use of our Service following the effective date of any revised terms constitutes your agreement to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not accept the new terms in whole or in part, please discontinue your use of our Service.
